We are a group of passionate athletes from different backgrounds who are bored with our usual gyms and training routine.
We want to get the best results from a demanding, varied, and fun workout.
Our journey began when one member of the CrossFit MNL team came across CrossFit in the US and immediately fell in love with the workouts.
Upon coming back to the Philippines, and spreading the gospel about CrossFit to athletes from a range of different disciplines, he was able to form a group that understood the need for similar training methods in the Philippines..
Thus the birth of CrossFit MNL, a representation of different athletes of different levels sharing one same passion – the sport of fitness.
Basically, CrossFit is not your ordinary workout, but it is for ordinary people looking for extraordinary results.

The workouts are rarely more than 45 minutes long and so they can fit into even the busiest schedules.
